• Eton Park Junior School is a happy place to be. Pupils thrive because they are well cared for. Staff work hard to get the best out of the pupils.
• Leaders have designed an ambitious curriculum.
• Leaders are driving improvements at the school. Since the last inspection, all staff, including governors, have raised expectations.
• Leaders give reading a high priority.
• Pupil's relish the chance to be pupil leaders. These pupils take a lead role in making decisions to improve their school.
